I was interested in discovering the world of Information Technologies from the age of 7 when I was playing with computer games. I always wondered on how my reaction to the game was depicted on the screen and how it was able to interact with me efficiently.
When I was 15, I bought my first PC in which I wrote my first computer program, a game named "Ghosty" The player was using a ghost which had to hide from all the other enemies (ghosts) until reaching the end of the stage.
Afterwards, in my 18th, I wrote a more professional program used by my secondary school. It was an application which calculated the grade of the student based on the guidelines of the Greek Department of Education and decided if the student was able to pass or not in any academic field.
In my academic years I studied Computer Science. During it, I wrote many applications as exercises or even professional for the university or others. The best one was my thesis which was an intelligent Tic-Tac-Toe game. The purpose was to develop an intelligent opponent able to beat a human in a Tic-Tac-Toe game based on the MiniMax algorithm.
Then, I started working for companies and build Websites and larger Applications, more sophisticated and more professional.
In my opinion, we have to be in front of the customer, able to present sufficient solutions for the majority of requests. Therefore, we propose first, we solve faster, we develop more responsibly, we guide more professionally so we persuade him for the quality of our job. This is what I always try to follow.
